Customers can request an exchange before their order(s) is shipped or within 7 days after delivery.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
Customers can return or exchange in-store as well
In the “By Mail” method, a refund or exchange request must be made before returning the item to us. We will not receive items sent to us before an accepted request.
The item must be in its original condition as received to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
In the “By Mail” method, items accepted for return must be sent via traceable delivery, i.e. courier or registered post, at the customer’s own expense, to our mailing address
Returns on sale items & gift cards will not be accepted.
In the “By Mail” method, refunds will be completed within 10 working days after their approval
